Here’s what you need to know for your visit:

Tickets

Tickets are nonrefundable. However, tickets may be exchanged (subject to availability) for a different performance date of the same production. A per-ticket processing fee will apply. You may also donate your tickets back to the theatre at least 24 hours prior to the performance. The purchase price will be counted as a charitable contribution to Theatre Cedar Rapids. Season subscribers receive free exchanges as part of their exclusive subscriber benefits. Learn more about TCR Subscriptions and all the perks HERE.

The TCR Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10am-4pm and can be reached at 319.366.8591 or tickets@theatrecr.org

When to Arrive

The doors open one hour before showtimes. Please check your ticket for your performance’s start time.

Parking

The US Bank lot on 3rd St. (directly across from the theatre) is open for TCR events. Patrons may show their ticket for $15 parking or prepay and reserve their spot ahead of time HERE.  The convention center ramp (adjacent to TCR) charges premium event parking fees on a per-event notice. Street/metered parking in downtown Cedar Rapids is free from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 a.m.

Lounge and Concessions

Enjoy show-themed cocktails and a variety of other beverages and snacks in our elegant Linge Lounge and concessions areas, available one hour before the show and during the 15-minute intermission. View the full menu HERE. TCR sippy cups and show merchandise are also available and make a great souvenir! Please note: no outside food or beverages are permitted.

Wheelchair Seating and Accessibility

We strive to be accessible for all patrons. Wheelchair seating is available in both our auditorium and studio theatre. The lower level is accessible by elevator, but please note that our balcony is not. Learn more about TCR’s accessibility HERE.
