All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance of the same production, subject to availability. A nominal per-ticket processing fee applies.

If you are unable to attend, you may donate your tickets back to the theatre at least 24 hours prior to the performance. The purchase price will be recognized as a charitable contribution to Theatre Cedar Rapids.

Theatre doors open one hour before each performance. We recommend arriving early to allow time for parking, ticket pickup, enjoying concessions or a drink in the Linge Louge, and seating.

Please check your ticket for your performance's start time.

To minimize disruptions, latecomers may be seated at an appropriate pause in the performance at the discretion of house management. Late seating is not guaranteed and varies by production.

The U.S. Bank lot on 3rd Street, directly across from the theatre, is available for TCR events. Patrons may show their ticket for $20 parking or prepay and reserve a space in advance.

The Convention Center ramp, adjacent to the theatre, charges premium event-based parking rates. Street and metered parking in downtown Cedar Rapids is free on weekends and holidays, and from 5 PM to 9 AM on weekdays.

Enjoy show-themed cocktails, beer, wine, and a selection of snacks and non-alcoholic beverages in our Linge Lounge and concession areas, open one hour before curtain and during intermission.

Reusable TCR cups and show merchandise are also available and make great souvenirs. Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the lobby or seating areas.

Beverages in lidded cups and food items from concessions may be enjoyed inside theater spaces. We also recommend checking out the numerous wonderful restaurants in the neighborhood for pre- or post-show dining and drinks. 

Theatre Cedar Rapids is committed to creating an accessible experience for all patrons.

Wheelchair seating is available in both the auditorium and Grandon Studio Theatre. Elevator access is temporarily suspended during renovations.

Photography, video, and audio recording are not permitted during performances, in accordance with licensing agreements and out of respect for the artists and your fellow patrons.

Photos of the set and selfies in the auditorium and lobby areas are allowed (and encouraged!) before or after the show and during intermission. If you snap some great photos, we'd love to see them. Tag @theatrecr or use #TheatreCedarRapids when you share online. For safety reasons, do not stand on the stage unless instructed to do so by a TCR staff member or volunteer. 

Phones and other electronic devices should be turned off prior to the performance, and texting is not allowed during the show. We'll share a friendly reminder to silence devices during the pre-show announcement. View our Patron Code of Conduct for more information.
