Avoid the box-office lines by purchasing single tickets to TCR productions online 24 hours a day. You’ll be able to view available seating and pick the seats you want.
A $2 per ticket fee is charged for online ticketing.

Tickets for any show may be purchased in person at the Box Office, located beside the entrance to the Iowa Theater Building, 102 Third Street SE.

Rush Tickets
Discounted standard seat Rush Tickets are $12 and may be purchased in person at the will-call window beginning 1/2 hour prior to curtain, subject to availability. Not available for special events.
Children under the age of 5 are not considered to be age appropriate for TCR mainstage performances.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Are food or drinks available at the theatre?
- Yes! For one hour before shows begin, during intermission and following shows, food, beverages and bar service are available by Zins in the theatre lobby and lounge. Soft drinks, water, coffee ($1 each), beer and wine ($3 each) are available with a variety of savory and sweet concessions ($1 & $2 each) in the lobby. In the Linge Lounge, there is an appetizer menu preshow ($5 plate) and during intermission ($5 plate). Post-show there is a dessert menu in the lounge ($5 plate). $10 purchases a tasting plate for the entire evening. The beverages available in the lobby are also available in the lounge as are spirits (price varies).
- Are food and drinks allowed in the auditorium during performances?
- No.
- What can I do with my coat during performances?
- TCR provides a coat check service in the new lower level lobby for $1 per coat.
- Where can I park?
- Street parking and nearby parkades. Please note that the city does charge a fee to park in some lots on weekends. US Bank permits TCR to manage the lot across from the theatre’s marquee. Proceeds from this lot benefit TCR. Any other nearby parking lot requiring a fee is managed by the city and not the theatre.
