Frequently Asked Questions

CANCELLATION POLICY – In the highly unlikely event that a performance is cancelled, you will have the option to exchange tickets for a future performance of the same show or receive credit towards a future performance of another show.  In the event of a cancellation for any reason, the announcement will be posted on the TCR website.

TICKET POLICY – Tickets are non-refundable.  They may be exchanged for a different performance of the same production, free of charge, subject to availability.  Turn in your tickets at least 24 hours prior to the performance and the purchase price will be counted as a charitable contribution.

LATE SEATING POLICY – In consideration of our other patrons, latecomers may be seated in a designated area during an appropriate break in the performance.  They may then find their seats at intermission.

REFRESHMENTS – No food allowed in the auditorium.  Beverages are allowed if they are in a sippy cup or water bottle.  No outside food or drink is allowed in the building.

ELECTRONIC DEVICES – Using your smartphones, please check in or tweet your current location to tell your friends where you are, then promptly turn off all electronic devices.  Cameras and recording devices are prohibited during performances.

SMOKING – Smoking is not permitted in the building, including e-cigarettes.  Smoking may occasionally occur on stage in context of the performance.

PATRONS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS – We will make every effort to accommodate those patrons with special needs.  Please check with the Box Office (319-366-8591) when making reservations.

RESTROOMS – Restrooms are located on all three floors of the lobby.
