Dear TCR Spring Break camp families,
The COVID-19 pandemic has continued to evolve. It is with a heavy heart that we must inform you today that the spring break programs slated to begin on Monday at TCR are suspended.
These are unprecedented times at TCR and we are working diligently to ensure the ongoing safety of all who visit the theatre, including – and very importantly – you and your students. TCR is taking all steps possible to ensure social distancing as recommended by our local and national government, making proceeding with our spring break program impossible.
We are sure this is a disappointment for you and your campers, just as it is for us. By the end of this coming week, a TCR staff member will be in touch with you regarding next steps for your spring break registration. We ask that you consider the following options so that we may best serve you:
- Transfer your spring break enrollment directly into any two one-week summer camp. Summer camps are programmed as half days; by enrolling in two, your camper will have a full day of camp activity. Camp options may be found here.
- Receive a refund of your spring break enrollment fees.
