TICKET HOLDER OPTIONS FOR YESTERDAY AND TODAY: THE INTERACTIVE BEATLES EXPERIENCE AND BURLESQUE IN THE BLACK BOX AT TCR.
TCR’s losses during this time will exceed seven figures. To allow us to come back with strength, please stay with us by choosing one of the following three options:
- Do nothing. We WILL be back, and we aim to host both of these special events in an upcoming season. The current tickets you hold will be valid for the new dates and times when we are able to reschedule, and you will be notified.
- Donate your ticket for a tax deduction to TCR. By donating your tickets, you will help mitigate the financial impact from this crisis and keep us on our feet until we can safely reopen. Email Oliva Lestrud at email@example.com to donate your ticket(s).
- Request TCR credit in the form of a voucher. TCR will honor the price of your ticket(s) in the form of a voucher, minus any applicable fees. This voucher can be used for any TCR performance or class up to 18 months from date of issue. Email Oliva Lestrud at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a voucher.
While we hope you consider one of the options above, we understand you may need us to process a ticket refund. Refund Requests may be made no later than July 31, 2020 and will be processed by check, to be issued 60 days after the request is initiated.
