TICKET OPTIONS FOR 2020-2021 RENEWING SUBSCRIBERS
TCR’s losses during this time will exceed seven figures. To allow us to come back with strength, please stay with us by choosing one of the following three options:
- Do nothing. We WILL be back, and we aim to produce both Kinky Boots and Mamma Mia! in our new season launching summer 2021. The current tickets you hold will be valid for the new dates and times when we are able to reschedule, and they’ll be automatically rolled into your 2021-2022 season package. This grand reopening “mega-season” promises to be even better than before, so as an early subscriber you’ll get first dibs on added events and special experiences.
- Donate your subscriptions for a tax deduction to TCR. By donating your subscriptions, you will help mitigate the financial impact from this crisis and keep us on our feet until we can safely reopen. Email Oliva Lestrud at olivia.lestrud@theatrecr.org to donate your subscriptions.
- Request TCR credit in the form of a voucher. TCR will honor the price of the remaining tickets in your subscriptions in the form of a voucher, minus any applicable fees. This voucher can be used toward our 2021-2022 grand reopening season, or toward individual tickets or classes at TCR. It is valid for 18 months from date of issue. Email Oliva Lestrud at olivia.lestrud@theatrecr.org to request a voucher.
While we hope you consider one of the options above, we understand you may need us to process a ticket refund. Refund Requests may be made no later than July 31, 2020 and will be processed by check, to be issued 60 days after the request is initiated. Please email Olivia Lestrud at olivia.lestrud@theatrecr.org to initiate a refund request.
Your health and safety is our highest priority. TCR will update these plans as necessary based on current circumstances. We will continue to follow the guidance of local, state, and federal health authorities.
