Meet the Cast

Jenub Wan (The Pigeon)

Jenub is SO EXCITED to be back on Brucemore grounds again. While this is only his second Brucemore show, previous TCR credits include School of Rock, Something Rotten, Wizard of Oz, and Madagascar: a Musical Adventure! He wants to thank his family and friends for their continued support as he pursues a career in the performing arts. He is also grateful to TCR for providing numerous opportunities to connect to the community. Let the summer fun begin!!

 

Kara Ramirez (The Bus Driver)

Born and raised in Southern California, Kara Ramirez received her BA in theatre arts from California State University, Fullerton before studying improvisational comedy and writing at The Groundlings and Upright Citizens Brigade in Los Angeles. Kara was last seen performing with TCR as Mrs. White in Clue. Thank you to Jeff, Franklin, and Eleanor for their support.

 

Seth Engen (The Hot Dog Vendor, The Business Man, and Others)

Seth is excited to be here in his first Brucemore show, and even more excited that you all are here to see it! Seth has been in other TCR shows, including “Don’t Let the Rat Drive the Taxi”, ” Don’t Let the Dolphin Drive the Yacht”, and “Don’t Let the Wombat Drive the Combine Harvester”. We hope you enjoy the show!

 

 

Kayla Lansing-Green (The Duckling, The Bus Driver’s Mom, The Puppy, and Others)

Kayla is excited to be back with her TCR friends and family performing this perfect for all ages musical. She would like to say thank you to her husband and cats, as well as the cast and crew for supporting her and reminding her that joy can be found in so many places, especially when puppets and hot dogs are involved. Enjoy the show and remember, don’t let the pigeon drive the bus! (You can however, let the duckling.)

 

 

Allie Klinsky (The City Worker, The Teenager, and Others)

Allie is so excited to do her third show on the Brucemore stage. This is such a special place to perform! Allie spent 5 years at UNI learning how to play pretend and sing songs about Pigeons and Busses. I hope everyone has a blast and only sweats a little. Thank you to my best friend, my family, and my two babies at home, Ozzy and Herschel.

 

 

Emily Bartels (Little Old Lady and Others)

This marks Emily’s 6th show with TCR. She was most recently seen in Madagascar: A Musical Adventure as Skipper last summer and is excited to be back performing again at Brucemore. Emily graduated from Cornell College in 2015 with her BA in Theatre and since then has spent her free time performing & singing. Past shows at TCR include: Hello Dolly, My Fair Lady, The Sound of Music, & Gypsy. She sends kisses and love to her little boy, Harlan, and also thanks Cutler and her family for always being her #1 supporters. Hope you enjoy the show! BIRDSEED!!

 

Kyra Lehman (The Bus and Others)

Kyra Lehman is excited to be in her first TCR show! Her recent roles include “Pillar” in Legally Blonde and “Anna” in Spring Awakening with City Circle and “Pinkfoot” in Honk! with Revival Theater. She also sings opera and classical music in her free time. She was recently in Tosca with Cedar Rapids Opera and Carmina Burana with Orchestra Iowa.
