When Amy starts at a new school everything seems to be going well, until she answers a dare that goes viral and reveals the dark side of social media. Created from conversations with real teens, parents and teachers from our community, Out of Bounds explores the world of cyber-bullying and the complicated choices young people make when navigating the politics of friendship. Originally commissioned by Hancher Auditorium and winner of the prestigious NEFA National Theatre Project Award, Out of Bounds is must-see theater for anyone wanting to understand and protect our youth.
“This stunning play, crafted from real-life stories, is designed to not only bring this burgeoning problem out of the shadows but to spur a community dialogue seeking solutions to a very real problem,” said Diana Nollen in The Gazette.
