TCR is now seeking a Box Office Associate to join the company. This is a part-time position that will report to the Sales Director.
Duties of the Box Office Associate:
- Phone and front desk receptionist
- Ticketing associate for walk-in and phone box office inquiries
- Administrative support and data entry
- Must perform door sales at events on evenings and weekends
- Work directly in ticketing system and theatre database
- Proven success in a customer service and/or sales role
- experience with data entry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- experience in a theatre or comparable arts organization is desirable
This part-time salary position will work an average of 12 hours/week including but not limited to door sale hours (nights and weekends in the hours preceding performances, 7:30 pm and 2:30 pm performances).
