Summers at TCR are magical, and your safety remains our top priority as we continue to make adjustments for the current season and beyond. While TCR cannot hold large gatherings for some time, we’re happy to share with you that we will still be holding summer camps — virtually! And, in order to best serve our community during this time of crisis, we will be bringing the fun online for free.
If you already registered for our previously-planned in-person camps, we hope you will join us online this summer. In the meantime, please know that as a current summer camp enrollee, the following options are available to you regarding your current enrollment:
- Donate your enrollment fee. As a nonprofit arts organization, we appreciate support from individuals like you. If you would like to donate your enrollment fee back to TCR in the form of a tax-refundable donation, we would be so grateful.
- Receive credit for your enrollment in the form of a voucher. These are uncertain times and we are here for you, whatever your needs and wishes are. We would be happy to send you a voucher in the amount of your original enrollment fee, good for any TCR education class or camp for up to 24 months after issue.
- While we hope you consider one of the two options above, we understand you may need us to process a refund. Refund requests may be made no later than July 31, 2020 and will be processed by check, to be issued 60 days after the request is initiated. Please email Olivia Lestrud at email@example.com to initiate a refund request for your original enrollment fee.
We can’t wait to hear laughter and joy echoing the halls of our beautiful theatre once again, and we thank you for your support and friendship. We hope to see you for our new, online summer camps.
