The Development Director will play an integral role in building and nurturing the relationships between TCR and its valued supporters, including individuals, companies, corporations, and sponsors. A successful candidate will have a strong donor engagement vision, execution strategy, and the ability to collaborate across departments. Responsibilities include developing and executing fundraising campaigns; donor communication strategy and management; individual, corporate, planned, sponsorship gift management; and the seeking and fulfillment of grant opportunities.
