LINGE LOUNGE AND CONCESSIONS MANAGER
Theatre Cedar Rapids (TCR) seeks a Linge Lounge and Concessions Manager to join its outstanding team of staff and volunteers.
A part-time position, the Linge Lounge and Concessions Manager oversees Lounge and Concessions activities to compliment theatre programming. The successful candidate will have strong management skills paired with enthusiasm for the arts. The Lounge and Concessions Manager reports to the Finance and Administration Director, and leads up to ten part-time concessions team members. This position will begin May 1, 2018.
Requirements include five years of restaurant or similar management experience; experience in food and beverage curation; and experience with financial reporting. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Responsibilities include health and liquor license compliance and oversight; staffing; financial reporting and ordering; rental need coordination; and collaboration with front of house and marketing teams. This is a part-time, hourly position with an estimated 15-20 hour/week commitment, concentrated around weekend evenings with daytime hours flexible.
