Rental Deposit

A deposit of 20% of the base rental costs will be due within 10 days of the execution of the rental contract.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations 90 days or more prior to the scheduled event will incur no penalties*

Cancellation within 30-90 days of the scheduled event will result in loss of the rental deposit*

Cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled event will result in loss of the rental deposit, plus an additional 20% of the base rental costs*

*Box Office or other Rental Agreement-based purchases could be billed if TCR incurred costs directly related to the cancelled event. i.e. Box Office setup, special technical purchases, etc.
