Celebrating its 78th season, TCR is among the nation’s top 2% of community theatres, but we couldn’t do it alone!  Financial support by businesses, individuals, and foundations are an essential part of providing quality programming that rivals major metropolitan professional theatres and engages more than 50,000 participants annually.

Charitable giving comprises 50% of Theatre Cedar Rapids’ budget. Our generous supporters allow us to provide dozens of inspiring education programs and theatrical productions ranging from professional-quality Broadway-style musicals to volunteer-driven productions of new works, all while keeping our ticket prices affordable in the one-of-a-kind historic Iowa Theatre building.  Become a TCR Member today by donating to TCR.

Membership Levels & Benefits

Angel’s Circle ($5,000 & above)Includes all benefits of the Producer’s Circle, plus:

  • Complimentary use of the Linge Lounge*
  • Invitation to the Major Donor Luncheon

Producer’s Circle ($3,000-$4,999)Includes all benefits of the Director’s Circle, plus:

  • Complimentary use of the Hedges Library*
  • Recognition in donor lobby display

Director’s Circle ($1,000-$2,999)Includes all benefits of the Artist’s Circle, plus:

  • One twelve month complimentary parking pass**
  • Two additional invitations to reception

Artist’s Circle ($500-$999)Includes all benefits of the Advocates level, plus:

  • Invitation for two to a private reception on opening night of The Importance of Being Earnest
  • Two additional invitations to tour and rehearsals

Advocates ($300-$499)Includes all benefits of the Partners level, plus:

  • Two soft drink vouchers for five shows
  • Invitation for two to private open rehearsals
  • Early bird subscription privileges (so you can get the best seats!)

Advocates ($100-$299)Includes all benefits of the Members level, plus:

  • Invitation to private backstage tour
  • Discounts for specified TCR programs and events

Members ($50-$99)

  • Acknowledgment of support in the TCR playbill
  • Early bird season announcement and subscription notification

Theatre Cedar Rapids proudly acknowledges corporate matching gifts toward your Membership level.  To leverage your gift to TCR, please obtain a matching gift form from your personnel office or have a form mailed to your home.
