Artistic Director Assistant

This position will work closely with the Artistic Director, providing support in the areas of administration and day-to-day tasks.

Additionally, the intern will participate in long-range artistic planning of the theatre season, education, and special programming as well as weekly production meetings with the creative team. There will also be opportunities to assistant direct productions as the intern's schedule permits.

Technical Assistant

This position will be a combination of the following duties as the intern's schedule permits:

• assist the Technical Director and Assistant Technical Director in the shop building/painting sets and gathering/building props,
• attend weekly production meetings with the creative team,
• assist the Lighting Designer and Sound Designer in preparation of the first technical rehearsal,
• provide support during technical rehearsals, and
• work backstage during the run of a production.

Box Office Assistant

This position will work closely with the Box Office Manager, providing support in the areas of customer service, ticket sales, data entry, project management, and administration.

Project management could include work with direct mail pieces, e-mail pieces, and merchandise management.
