Producers Strike

This show has been an amazing experience for everyone I’m sure, but unfortunately with every show strike day always sneaks up on us. I want to share some basic information about strike.

1. Strike is Sunday March 21st from 1-5pm, dinner to follow. Yes it will take that long, it’s a big show but if everyone is on time and works hard it will go by really fast.
2. If you don’t feel like you are someone who can lift heavy things or use tools please let me know at strike. I’ll try not to make you do anything you are not comfortable doing. There is lots else to do.
3. Please dress comfortable and wear close toed shows for safety.
4. Everyone should meet in the house at 1pm and wait for instructions. There will be times where not everyone will be needed. I will ask for people to sit in the house when not working on something as to keep confusion down and so I know who is not doing something so I can make the most use of everyone’s time and resources.
5. Food will be provided after strike at 5pm. Please wait till then to partake in the goodies.
6. All staff involved meet at 12:30pm onstage for a quick pregame meeting to best coordinate our efforts.
7. Please also remember that we are renting and loaning much of the scenery in the show so please don’t just start tearing into stuff unless a staff member asks you to.
