This was a horribly difficult decision. There were so many exceptionally talented people who auditioned for this show that I could have cast it three or four times. The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) was a huge contributor to getting the Iowa Theater back on its feet. FEMA has now released a short video about the project, with new footage from construction and the Grand Reopening:
Just a reminder that the Google Calendar is a great resource for everyone to find out when shows are happening, work calls, and other important events that pertain to all things volunteering in general. In addition we will know be posting all volunteer information directly on the website so you can subscribe via rss feeds (including a feed of volunteer work calls) or check on the site at your leisure.
I first want to say thank you to all of you who helped us get back in downtown and back home into the Iowa Theatre. It has been a long journey and we made it.
